A teenager who has committed a string of anti-social acts has been banned from entering subways in north Watford - unless he is with his parents.
The measure is just one of several handed down to 17-year-old Daniel Osborn, of Nottingham Close, as part of an anti-social behaviour order(Asbo).
Osborn has been the subject of numerous complaints from residents regarding his behaviour in the Leavesden Green and Kingswood areas.
Despite being issued with an Asbo notice and a strict Acceptable Behaviour Contract, Osborn's anti-social behaviour continued to escalate, with many reports coming in from residents via the Watford Anti-Social Behaviour Hotline - It's Your Call.
The full Asbo runs until September 11, 2008, and as a result Osborn is prohibited from: Engaging in conduct which causes or is likely to cause alarm, distress or harassment to others or inciting or encouraging others to do so within the Watford Borough area; Entering or loitering near the subways or stairs to and from the subways at Leveret Close subway, Haines Way subway and Kingsway subway unless accompanied by one or both of his parents; Entering the North Approach between the Leveret Close subway and the Kingsway subway unless accompanied by one or both of his parents; Associating with Jack Jenkins, Matt Fox or Christopher Reynolds; Being in possession of alcohol in a public place or being drunk in a public place.
Watford Borough Council and Hertfordshire Constabulary instigated the Asbo. Osborn was also ordered to pay costs of £500.
If anyone sees Osborn breaking the conditions of his Asbo, telephone the anti-social behaviour hotline on 0845 605 2222.
