More than 250 Watford residents made it to the Devereux Drive street party to celebrate the wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton.
The event began at 10am with screening of the wedding in St Luke’s Church Hall last Friday.
After the ceremony a children’s fancy dress parade took place, led by a young trumpeter, Lochlan Crowder and judged by Reverend Dave Middlebrook.
Then after lunch, the activities began with Tug o’ War, Musical Mats, slow bicycle races and three-legged races.
Karaoke was organised by Mel Mack with a guitar sing-along from Jean Clarke.
The afternoon ended with Scottish Dancing, before guests returned to the church hall to enjoy a banquet provided by the Prince of Bengal restaurant.
