Residents of Hibbert Avenue took part in street games and a fancy dress competition as their royal wedding street party went off with a bang.
Egg and spoon races, musical chairs and a treasure hunt were just some of the events that kept the Watford neighbours entertained on Friday.
Families gathered from 2pm with homemade cakes and picnic food, while bunting adorned lampposts up and down the road.
Organiser Claire Abercrombie said: "We had an amazing time. Nearly all the houses in the road came, and we had a real mixture of ages and families.
"The response was magnificent- each adult had a sticker with a their name and which number they lived at, and it became a real ice breaker."
