I was iinvited by WellChild charity to support their runners at The Marathon, so I dedided to oin them at Canary Wharf.
I caught the train from Stanmore, parking £1.00 on sundays and it was straight through. The lifts at Canary Wharf meant there was no problem getting the dogs out and we planted outselves right at the barriers.
It was an emotional day and I shouted myself hoarse encouraging the runners who were having a hard time in the heat. The dogs had lots of fuss made of them and were given burgers and sausages from a barbeque.
The charity raised lots of money and Lily & Poppy had lots of attention on the train home.
