A selection of free courses will be on offer to residents across Dacorum to mark the 20th anniversary of Adult Learners’ Week in England.
Every May, Dacorum Learning Partnership, supported by the borough council, joins in the national week-long festival.
The aim of the event, which runs from May 14, is to inspire adults to learn something new, either for fun or for a qualification.
Founded and co-ordinated by the National Institute of Adult Continuing Education (NIACE), Adult Learners' Week in England celebrates its 20th anniversary this year.
There are courses for all interests, from baking bread and learning to use a computer, to finding out about local wildlife and growing food in small spaces.
