A family day out at the Bushey Rose Garden will raise money for Help for Heroes next month.
Families can take part in face painting, mask making and a raffle, while a brass band will provide the entertainment.
Hosted by the Mayor of Hertsmere, Councillor Linda Silver, the event will be the last before the end of her term in office, on May 18.
Councillor Silver (Bushey Park, Conservative) said: "I am looking forward to raising as much money as I can for the charity.
"I would like to thank everyone for their support over my time in office and being so generous in supporting my chosen charity."
During the past ten months, events hosted by Councillor Silver have raised more than £11,000 for her chosen charities, Help for Heroes and JAMI - the Jewish Association for Mental Illness.
The family fun day will take place on Sunday, May 15, from 12pm until 3pm, at the rose garden, in High Street.
Entry is free, although some charges will apply for some of the activities and refreshments.
