Police are appealing for information after a arson attack gutted a Rickmansworth pub.
The Globe Bar, in High Street, was set ablaze in the early hours of Wednesday, April 6 – the second time it has been ravaged by fire in just four months.
Emergency services were called at about 2.30am and were forced to close the road for much of the following day.
Detective Sergeant Mark Banczyk-Gee said: “Although this happened in the early hours of the morning we do know there were people about. I would ask anyone who was in town between midnight and 2.30am to contact police.”
Anyone with information is asked to call 0845 3300 222.
Nobody was hurt in the incident.
