Curry fans in Bushey enjoyed Indian cuisine this week for a good cause.
The Raj Garden restaurant, in Park Avenue, hosted a charity curry night on Monday, April 4 and raised more than £1,000 for the Peace Hospice in Watford.
The event was run by The Tudor Lodge, a masonic lodge whose members meet regularly to raise money for different charities.
More than 100 people attended and the money was made by a raffle that had prizes donated by local businesses and a generous donation from the restaurant.
John Franklin, a member of the Tudor Lodge, said: "A superb meal was enjoyed by local Masons and their families and friends."
