Cyclists across south west Hertfordshire are preparing to climb onto their saddles for 30 days of biking.
The 30 Days of Biking campaign was launched by a group of cyclists in Minneapolis, in the US state of Minnesota, last year, encouraging people to ride their bikes every day for a whole month.
The idea is now supported by Spokes, the south west Hertfordshire cycling group, who hope to see more cyclists on the streets during April 1 to 30 this year.
