A 19-year-old student hit a 15 million-to-one golf shot by scoring a hole-in-one at a Watford driving range on Tuesday.
Ashleigh Drum won £500 after holing the unlikely 125-yard shot in the 1.68-inch pocket at TopGolf, in Bushey Mill Lane.
The sports therapy student, from Hayes, Middlesex, became only the fifth person ever to score-a-hole in one at the range, despite more than 77 million balls being hit since it opened ten years ago.
She said: “I can’t believe I landed a hole-in-one. I was just happy about all the points I had added to my total score.
“When I was told that I had won £500 I was stunned. It was so exciting. I think I will buy myself a new laptop for university.”
