A flasher exposed himself to a 14-year-old girl as she walked through north Watford.
The teenager was walking along an alleyway between Chestnut Walk and The Harebreaks when the man exposed himself to her near the scout hut at about 7am on Tuesday, September 28.
The girl ran towards The Harebreaks while the man walked off in the opposite direction.
Police have described the man as white, of medium build and approximately 5ft 10in tall. He was wearing a white cap, black jacket with red on the front and blue jeans.
PC Claire Luvin, said: “A teenager, who has been described as being in his late teens, stopped to help the girl. He was on a bike at the time. I would like to appeal to him or anyone who was in the area at the time and believes they saw the man described to contact police with information.”
