Young journalists across Three Rivers are feeling the pressure of a looming deadline day, after a last minute rush of entries to a writing competition.
The Three Rivers Young Journalist of the Year competition closes on Monday, and entries so far have ranged from the Haiti earthquake disaster to London Fashion Week.
For a chance to win £50 worth of Amazon vouchers, entrants aged 19 or under are asked to write a maximum of 300 words in the style of a newspaper or magazine.
The story should be based on a real event that has taken place in the last year, is happening at the moment, or will take place soon and must be original work.
