Residents and shop owners are being asked to comment on planning rules designed to improve the appearance of shop fronts in Hertsmere.
The regulations, which are subject to amendment, will be adopted on November 3 and residents can have their say on the guidelines until that date.
Councillor Hannah David, Planning Portfolio Holder, said: "The new planning document has been designed to help advise and inform business owners and improve the look of high streets across Hertsmere. It outlines the principles of good shop front design and we are keen to hear people's opinions."
To view the document, visit your local library or council offices, or go to the planning consultation section at www.hertsmere.gov.uk.
