A bowls club will buy new equipment and clothing with a £270 council grant.
The Pavillion Bowls Club, in Green Lane, Oxhey, was awarded the money by County Councillor Frances Button – money from her £10,000 annual county hall community budget.
She said: "This is a popular club with nearly 50 members, so I was delighted to give them a helping hand.”
