Elderly residents in Watford enjoyed live music during the town's first ever Older People's Day.
Watford Borough Council organised the event for residents living at two sheltered housing schemes run by Watford Community Housing Trust – Horwood Court, in Hillrise Avenue, and Summer Place, in High View - yesterday (Tuesday).
A council representative said: “This was the first event of its kind, and we hoped to provide some nice entertainment for our older residents and let them know about all the activities open to them in the town.”
