Children from dozens of schools across south-west Hertfordshire will pound the streets as they take part in Walk to School Month.
They will be among more than 200 schools in Hertfordshire taking part in the event, throughout October, which aims to encourage parents to leave their cars at home and help to reduce congestion and pollution.
