A country pub in Flaunden is serving the best food in Hertfordshire, a prestigious restaurant guide has declared.
The Bricklayer’s Arms, in Hogpits Bottom, has been named the best pub restaurant in Hertfordshire by the readers of the Foodie Square Guide for the second year in a row.
The award, now in its eight year, is voted for by guide readers.
Owner Alvin Michaels said “It is especially heart-warming that this award was decided by the diners themselves - the people we really care about.”
