The smell of succulent roast chicken, steaming jacket potatoes and sweet apple crumble will fill a hall in Abbots Langley, for a Harvest Festival.
St Lawrence Church in the High Street is welcoming visitors to celebrate the annual event on Saturday, September 25, and Sunday, September 26.
Tickets are now on sale for a sit down meal on Saturday at 7.30pm in the church hall, followed by live music courtesy of The Croproliters and a barn dance.
On Sunday, at 9.30am, a service celebrating the festival will be held in St Lawrence Church.
Prices for Saturday’s event are £6 per adult and £15 for a family, with all money raised going towards the church.
For more information call the church office on 01923 261 795.
