Five candidates will compete for a newly-vacated Watford Borough Council seat.
Voters in Central Ward will go to the polls on Thursday, October 14, to elect a new representative.
They are: Dan Channing (United Kingdom Independence Party), Youseffe Fahmy (Conservative), Fred Grindrod (Labour), Helen Lynch (Liberal Democrat) and Dorothy Nixon (Green).
The election was called after the resignation of former Liberal Democrat councillor Sheila Smillie.
