A dog show will be held in Croxley Green this weekend, to raise money for the local branch of Dogs Trust.
Croxley Green Parish Council has organised the Fun Dog Show this Saturday in aid of the charity's Harefield re-homing centre.
All local dog lovers are invited to Stones Orchard at 2pm, for competition categories including fastest biscuit eater, best fancy dress and best rescue dog.
Marion Birch, chairman of Croxley Green Parish Council, said: “I have two dogs of my own, and we are proud to support Dogs Trust.
“The Fun Dog Show will be a great day out for dog lovers. We hope that local residents will join in the fun by bringing their canine pals along.”
Dogs Trust is the UK’s largest dog welfare charity and cares for more than 16,000 stray and abandoned dogs each year.
