A STUDENT from Croxley Green has completed a groundbreaking university course, making her one of just ten people to hold the qualification. Katharine Link, of Rugby Way, Croxley Green, has completed the course in skin camouflage at the University of Hertfordshire.
The 32-year-old has already passed the practical part of the exam and will find out the results of her theory examination in September.
She said: "It is such an interesting and varied course.
"It was hard work, but I am so proud of myself to have completed it."
During the course, Katherine, a mother-of-two, was taught how to apply skin camouflage make-up to cover scars, birthmarks and blemishes, as well as learning how to counsel people who undergo skin treatment.
