Barnet have been hit by a further problem in their arduous efforts to satisfy the Football League's requirements for increasing the ground capacity at Underhill.
There was confidence in the Barnet camp that the capacity could be increased to 5,000 in readiness for Saturday's friendly with Arsenal, with the 5,500 required capacity to be reached at a later date.
This was accepted by the League and Barnet's immediate future at Underhill looked secure.
The work was carried out, and everything seemed OK. But it is believed that the club has been told that the new perimeter fencing installed does not meet with requirements.
Times Sport was unable to speak to Mr Kleanthous, who has been on holiday this week
A club spokesman said that as the chairman has been involved solely in the negotiations, he could not comment.
