A serial flasher is exposing himself to women on a regular basis in Borehamwood. Police believe the same man is to blame for a series of incidents near Elstree Way. The flasher strikes in the mornings, and always appears naked except for a tee-shirt, which he uses to cover his face.
The latest incident happened near Oaklands College in Elstree Way last Thursday morning. He was naked except for a pair of black socks and carried a black tee-shirt. A 30-year old woman who was walking along Elstree Way saw him at 7.15am. At 8am last Tuesday he exposed himself to a 20-year old woman in Elstree Way. He was covering his face with a blue t-shirt. The police believe the same man exposed himself to a 17-year-old girl in Studio Way on June 26, at 10am. The man is described as white, in his late twenties or early thirties, overweight, around 5ft 8ins tall, with scruffy black hair.
The police are warning women to be vigilant and have called for anyone who has seen the man to contact Hertsmere CID on 020 8905 1212.
