An electrician from St Albans has won an award for being one of the top electrical apprentices in the eastern region of England and Wales. Mr Darren Russell, 22, was named electrical training company JTL's top apprentice at a recent awards ceremony at the House of Lords. The private function was hosted by Lord Randall of St Budeaux, who was a former electrical apprentice himself.
