MEMBERS of Hertfordshire County Council have been immortalised as cartoon characters in order to get across to the public the roles that cabinet members play in their community.
The caricatures feature in a guide to county councillors as well as in 'Herts Direct', the council's newspaper which is delivered to households in Hertfordshire.
Mr James Odling-Smee, Head of Communications, said: "Our members are always interested in better communications and innovative ideas, so they were happy to agree."
