FOLLOWING an article in The Watford Observer, solicitors have traced the descendants of a woman who died last year without making a will.
Mrs Vera Bebell, ne Wise, was living in the Gloucester area when she died. A widow, she had no children and no nieces or nephews.
Solicitors at Langley Wellingtons in Gloucester were trying to find the descendents of her cousin, Mr John Wise, who lived at Nascot Road, Watford, until his death in the 1960's.
Mr Wise's six children, five of whom are still alive, have now been traced and the solicitors have a complete family tree for Mrs Bebell's father's family, with 28 relations on that side entitled to share her estate.
