Two of the Borehamwood Otters' swimmers competed in the National Gala for Swimming Clubs for the Disabled, held at the Pontypool Leisure Centre in Wales, on Saturday, having won at the Astra One Regional Gala in London.
Hilary Murley swam in the ladies one-length race. Zoe Kennedy competed in the girls' two-length race, in which she came second and was awarded a silver medal.
The National Gala included teams from clubs in all parts of England and Wales. The Otters now look forward to next year's National Gala, which will be held in Enfield.
