SO the shoppers and clubbers of Watford are to enjoy a bit more of cultural art.
We already have four masks, a piece of spiral coloured glass, a hornet at the top of a pole and quite a few concrete balls, so who wants a bit more cultural metal located at the Pond?
No doubt it will show the clubbers the "way to go home". But I imagine the shoppers are only too happy to leave the Pond as soon as possible.
Who are these local people who have agreed to spend more of the taxpayer's money? The National Lottery has agreed to contribute £96,000 towards our cultural art. How much is it costing the Watford people?
Watford is becoming a concrete and metal jungle. Please give the real people of Watford a chance to choose what they want.
