TRI-FORCE HERTS took to the banks of the Thames for their latest triathlon with a twist.
Instead of the swim, the Marlow Triathlon incorporated a four kilometre row on a rowing machine in a marquee in Higginson Park.
After the row, competitors collected the bike to take part in a 25km course through Skirmett and Hambledon, before returning to Marlow for a 7.5km run, taking in Bisham Abbey and Temple Lock on the Thames.
First home for Tri-Force was Vince Ellerby in 16th overall in a field of 200, with a time of 1.34.35, followed by Howard Davis in 1.39.54, Patrick Calthorp in 1.40.07, Joanne Parker in 1.47.33, Thea Warwick in 1.47.50, Roderick Elder in 1.48.04 and Steve Duval in 2.03.28.
