North London South Herts League Division 3Cannon B produced some great passing on a rain soaked pitch, to hammer ten goals past Foxmead Rangers.
All 22 players and the referee Steve Walsh were unperturbed by the weather, it was a very exciting game, Cannon B took control from the kick-off.
Gareth Bond Vaughan raced through and scored, and from then on it was all one way traffic, with a hat-trick from Barry Neal, one of which was a cheeky back heel.
In the second half, and Greg Hall was on fire with another hat-trick and his 13th goal of the season. Mike Winerich put one past the Foxmead Keeper, making the scoreline 8-0.
Shortly after Foxmead scored a lucky goal, which had slipped through Cannon B's Goalkeeper's hands, due to the appalling conditions.
Mike Winerich scored a double, and Alex Pemberton finished the scoring.
Man of the match was the outstanding Paul Brooks, who covered every blade of grass to aid all of his team members.
Manager Mo Silverman said: "We played some great football today, even under adverse weather conditions. It is just great to hit double figures."
