MAD FOR IT, a new theatre workshop, will be opening at the Orbital Community Centre in Haynes Way, Watford, on Saturday, October 27.
It provides an opportunity for young thespians from six to 18, to polish their acting skills, and improve their chances of performing in film, radio and television.
Mr David Palmer, from the workshop, said: "Following the success of Little Heath Theatre Workshop in Potters Bar, we have set one up in Watford. We are associated with the theatrical agency CS Management, so students will be cast in our productions.
"Students from the Potters Bar workshop have appeared in numerous stage, film and television commercials and students from Mad For It, will have the same opportunities."
Classes, lasting three hours, start on Saturday at 10am.
