NORTH Watford's Adam Bowden continued his excellent start to the cross-country season with an overwhelming victory in the Lyddiard Trophy race at Kingsbury on Saturday, October 27.
He led almost from the start to win by more than a minute, and showed he is ready for the European trials in Margate later this month.
Radlett's Luke Hunt is also coming into good form, finishing 11th, while Oxhey's Mohammed Rahim placed a good 19th to anchor Harrow Athletic Club to a clear team victory.
Meanwhile, Oxhey's Craig Turner anchored Harrow's under 17 team to a respectable 20th spot in the AAA National Relay at Sutton Coldfield, clocking 13.40 for the 2.4-mile undulating lap of Sutton Park.
