Shaftesbury Barnet trio Chloe Wilkinson, Emma Hunt and Victoria Webster upheld the club's great middle-distance tradition by winning the U17 race in the AAA Road Relay Championships at Sutton Coldfield on Sunday.
After Chloe was second in the first of the 3,500m stages in 13mins 57secs. Emma took the lead on the second leg, clocking 14mins 24secs.
Victoria, the least experienced member, did well to stay ahead in 14mins 22secs.
Shaftesbury U15s Lindsay Barr (8mins 28secs), Laura Hunt (8mins 55scs) and Sarah Waldron (8mins 34secs) were sixth in the 3x2,000m run.
Shaftesbury U13s were 18th. The team was Lara Clarke (9mins 18 secs); Toni Fox (9mins 24secs) and Sinea Nash (10mins 4secs).
In the senior 4x4km race Sally Ann Cox, Christina Radon, Lucy Elliott and Jo Newcombe were fifth.
