The history of Borehamwood's ATV Studios, which was once hailed as the best television production house in the world, will be told at a new exhibition which begins on Sunday.
The ATV Exhibition, organised by the town's Film and Television Heritage Project, will be held at The Community History Museum, in Drayton Road, until Sunday, December 1.
The display will feature photographs and memorabilia relating to the studios, which occupied the site of the present Bbc Elstree Centre from 1960 to 1983. Former ATV employees who have items, such as props, which they would be willing to loan for the exhibition are invited to go along.
The exhibition, at the museum, at 1 Drayton Road, Borehamwood, will be open every day of the week, except Mondays, from 11am until 3pm.
