Hertfordshire shoppers and pub-goers are being warned to be on their guard, following reports of bogus charity collectors. According to Hertfordshire police, two women, believed to be sisters, aged around 21 and 25 and who carry clip-boards, have been visiting high street shops and pubs in the county, claiming to be collecting for a children's home, or charity run.
