A plan of action has been put together to thwart illegal motorcycle riders in Borehamwood's Campion area.
Hertsmere Borough Council organised a meeting between the police, the council's environmental health officers and the people who own land near the Campion open space.
The police promised to patrol the area, and to prosecute anyone found riding illegally. The people who own the land promised to put up new fences, to keep the motorcyclists out.
Another public meeting about the problem will be held at 7pm on November 12, at the Civic Offices in Elstree Way, Borehamwood.
