A 56-YEAR-OLD man from London died in a crash on the M25 near St Albans on Tuesday, October 30.
The man, who was driving a silver Cherokee Jeep, was travelling on the west bound carriageway approaching junction 22 at 8.45am when his car, in the inside lane, collided with an Eddie Stobart lorry in the same lane.
The jeep left the motorway and collided with a barrier and came to rest at the bottom of an embankment next to the motorway. The lorry driver, from Watford, was uninjured.
The slip road at junction 23 remained closed by police until 1pm on Tuesday. Major disruption to westbound traffic was caused.
