WATFORD LADIES cruised through to the second round of the Women's FA Cup with a 4-0 win at home to Barnet Ladies. Striker Jackie O'Keefe bagged a hat-trick, with a third coming from Leanne Small.
Watford Ladies under 15s completed the league and cup double over table-topping Barking Ladies under 15s, with a 4-0 away win. Goals came from Charlene Turturici (2), Wiz Hunt and Gemma Davison.
After taking the lead, Watford Ladies under 12s slumped to a 3-2 defeat at Stevenage Borough Juniors under 12s, despite a brace from Nashina Mohamed.
*Starting with only ten players, Everett Ladies conceded two goals in the opening ten minutes, missed a penalty, and were subsequently defeated 2-0 away at Merton.
*Garston Girls under 12s went down 11-2 at Hitchin, with Amber Charlton scoring both Garston's goals.
A good display from Garston under 14s was rewarded with an 8-1 victory over Harpenden. Natalie Channing hit five, while Hayley Arrol, Christie Brewer and an own goal completed the scoring.
*Bushey Rangers Ladies resumed their league campaign with a thrilling 5-4 victory at Hackney Ladies, thanks to Ollie Schofield, Vanessa Pender (2) and Stacey Gammell (2).
