ST ALBANS engineering consultancy Oscar Faber has been bought out by American corporation Aecom and will merge with Aecom subsidiary companies Maunsell and Metcalf and Eddy to form Aecom UK Limited.
Oscar Faber will now be known as Faber Maunsell.
