VICTIMS of a recent assault in Harpenden are being asked to come forward by police.
Two white men, aged in their mid-20's, were seen being attacked by a group of three or four heavily-built men in dark blue padded jackets outside Harpenden Grill and Kebab in Station Road.
The mugging, which took place between midnight on Friday, October 26, and the early hours of Saturday, October 27, was caught on CCTV but when police arrived on the scene, the victims had left.
The two men would probably have suffered some injuries and police are appealing to them to come forward and report the assault.
The victims, or anyone with information about the incident, can contact PC Alex Kettle at St Albans Police Station on 01727 796029.
