Both teams shared the points in a well played match. Leverstock Green started the most lively of the two teams, but after 20 minutes it was Wood who took the lead through Stuart Blackburne, who placed the ball over the keeper's head.
Dean Skipsey put Wood 2-0 in front with a left footed drive.
In the second half Wood were caught cold, conceding three goals.
But they levelled the game with a free kick from Robert Pringle, then Blackburne scored his second, taking Wood again into the lead. Wood, then desperately defending, gave away a free kick which, after a scramble, allowed Leverstock to equalize in the dying seconds.

***A mixed match for the Aces, after a very poor first half display left them deservedly a goal down.
At half time a few changes were made and the second half was a great improvement and it started with the Aces levelling through Roberts from a corner.
But slack play by the Aces let St Albans go back in front.
At this point a tactical substitution was made, bringing Merritt into the centre of midfield. This had the desired effect and seemed to raise the rest of the side out of the doldrums.
The team were now completely transformed and totally dominated the last half hour, scoring three goals, all through Morgan Bryan, to run out winners.

This was the best display of the season from the Diamonds and the final scoreline was very harsh.
The damage was done in the first 15 minutes, after which, due to defensive lapses, the Diamonds found themselves 2-0 down. Even then the Diamonds had missed a couple of chances to stay in the game.
However, from this point onwards, they sorted out their positional play and, through Jones and Kirwin at the back beginning to gain the upper hand, the diamonds started to dominate. But, for all this good play, the only reward was a second half goal through Liam Maxwell. In the last few minutes a couple of good chances went begging which would have earned the Diamonds a well deserved point.

Wood had a slow start to the match against a big Harvesters side, but still created some chances. Keeper Andrew Cullen saved well twice as Harvesters put on the pressure.
Twenty minutes into the game Wood lost Defender Shane Bond through injury, and Harvesters capitalised by scoring four quick goals. More spirit was shown by Wood in the second half, and eventually a goal came from Greg Weinrich. Wood then put the pressure on Harvesters, their keeper having to make some good saves from Weinrich, Greg Boyce and Drew Grant.
Grant eventually netted to make it 4-2, but, as the game went on, tired legs in defence allowed Harvesters to score twice more.
