Wormley 88 O Finchleians 90-3
Saracens Herts League Division Three
A best-ever league performance by spinner Alan Dudman, who took 7-14 off 14 overs, with seven maidens, was the key to Old Finchleians' victory over Wormley.
The win takes them into third place, one below their victims.
After the Pope brothers Nick and Chris combined to dismiss Wormley's prolific Aussie opener Damien Wallis, the score moved on to 47-1 before Dudman joined the attack and exploited the damp wicket to perfection.
Dudman (33 no) also did well with the bat and an aggressive knock by Chris Edler (30) saw OFs to an easy win.
O Finchleians II 171 (A Sherman 61, D Depala 40), Cockfosters II
96-7.
