Boreham Wood Athletic Club is to welcome an American runner who will take part in its annual Half Marathon later this month.
Paul Stead, from Philadelphia, has planned his holiday in England to coincide with the Half Marathon, which starts at the Hertswood Centre, in Potters Lane, on Sunday, June 23, at 10am. The club has also organised a Fun Run, which will set off at the same time. To enter either event call Pauline Poole, on 020 8207 2852.
