CONGRATULATIONS to Mr R Bailey, who is the winner of the third England shirt in The Watford Observer's World Cup competition.
Mr Bailey had a fantastic third phase of the tournament to take his total to 261 points, 38 ahead of second placed Graham Smith, while Mr R Wallington is a point further back in third.
All three of Mr Bailey's selections - Brazil, Belgium and South Korea won - and his chosen player, Spanish striker Raul, scored twice to gain another 40 points.
Furthermore, all three of his selections have qualified for the second phase, which means he picks up a maximum 75 bonus points.
Mr Bailey's shirt will be sent to him after the completion of the second round on Tuesday, June 18, the point at which the fourth and final England shirt will be won.
