Police are reopening the investigation to find the killers of Albanian refugee Fetah Marku.
A £7,500 reward is on offer for information leading to the successful arrest and conviction of the persons responsible for the murder.
Last week Richard Ellis, 33, of Watford Road, Harrow, was jailed for life at the Old Bailey for Mr Marku's murder, yet it is unlikely he was solely responsible.
Detective Chief Inspector Martin Lee, the officer in charge of the investigation, said: "One person has been convicted but there is no doubt that, outside of that, there was a group of people involved in this particularly vicious and horrendous assault.
"They are still out there somewhere and must be considered a risk to society as a whole."
Mr Marku was beaten with planks, kicked and stabbed to death by a mob of around 30 at the Budget Rent-a-Car car park on March 24 last year.
Fetah's brother Isa, 21, speaking through an interpreter, said: "I'm very happy that one person was brought to justice, and would like to ask if there are more people who know what happened that particular night to come forward."
