An appeal has been made to a Government planning inspector against Hertsmere Borough Council's decision not to allow an extension at 10 Scrubbitts Park Road in Radlett. Planning permission had been sought for a part single-storey and part two-storey front, side and back extension, but the council refused on the grounds it would be over-dominant in the street and erode space between neighbouring properties.
