ADVICE on improving your lifestyle through healthy eating, exercise, sun safety and smoking cessation will be available from Hertsmere Health visitors at a Community Fun Day at Oakmere Park in Potters Bar on Saturday July 6.
Information will also be available on Hertsmere Primary Care Trust's parenting courses, aimed at parents of young children up to teenagers, as part of NHS week 2002.
A Talking Tables event for patients to discuss conditions with health professionals will be running at Elm Court in Potters Bar on Thursday, July 4.
The Hertsmere Shadow Patients Forum and its Healthy Network is a joint venture of Hertsmere Primary Care Trust and South West Hertfordshire Community Health Council and has been piloted and developed by patients and residents who want to help improve health in the borough.
