ST ALBANS' England international archer Adrian DiPaola is enjoying his most successful season to date, after the triumphant defence of his European Bowhunter title in Bedfordshire earlier this month added to the four national titles he has already secured.
He will hope to add another world title to his cv next month, when he flies to Johannesburg, South Africa, to defend his World 3D Championship crown.
DiPaola goes into the tournament in good form after winning the Bowhunter title, when he competed in England's colours, by a commanding 58 points to make it three successive victories in the tournament.
That performance followed victories in the National Field Archery Society (NFAS) Scottish Championships, the NFAS UK 3D Championships and the National Indoor Championship, when he set a new national record.
