OLD ALBANIAN Cricket Club celebrate the opening of their new Sports Ground at Woolams with a celebrity cricket match featuring some of the sport's biggest names.
The Lord's Taverners XI will take on Lashings Cricket Club on Sunday, July 13 in a special charity match.
England's Mark Ramprakash has already been lined up to play alongside the likes of Devon Malcolm, Richie Richardson, Jimmy Adams and Grant Flower.
The biggest draw is certain to be Pakistan's Shoaib Akthar though, the fastest bowler in the world.
The action starts at 2pm at Old Albanian Sports Club, Woollams, Playing Fields, Harpenden Road in St Albans.
Admission is £2 for adults with children admitted free with car parking £5 for a family car.
