JUST over a year ago a photograph of a 1961 Christmas play from Chater Junior School in Harwoods Road was published in the printed edition of Nostalgia.

Arising from this a number of us have made contact and are planning a get together in the autumn.

We would love to hear from any other former pupils of Chater School who were in the year group that started in September 1960 and who left in July 1964.

We would be most grateful if you would give us some publicity in your column to see if a few more old school friends can be contacted.
